Looking for things to do in Wells? Wondering if there are any classic beach arcades in the area or need a rainy day diversion?
Of course, there are several movie theaters near Wells. But, no beach vacation would be complete without a trip to the arcade for a game of Donkey Kong, Pac Man, pinball and skee ball. Plus, who doesn’t love to redeem tickets for cheesy arcade prizes!?
Here are 4 arcades we suggest to people who stay at our Wells vacation rental, Cottage #52 at Seagull Inn and Condos.
4 Wells Area Arcade Options
1. Boardwalk Arcade
Located at Wells Beach, this family run business is a classic arcade and our kids’ favorite. It’s not huge. You can’t compare it to Dave and Busters or Chucky Cheese, but there are plenty of games to entertain both the young and the young at heart, including one of those old fashion fortune tellers. It’s clean, well run and offers the best redemption prizes in the area.

2. Wonder Mountain Fun Park
If you’re looking for several things to do in one location, this place is a crowd pleaser! Wonder Mountain has a decent arcade called Freddy’s Game Room, 2 mini golf courses, a human maze, a go-kart track, and an ice cream stand. (Note: It is located near, but not ON the beach.)
